During the month of January, many blessings flowed to HFHC children, thanks to our volunteer mission teams. From January 14-28, two teams conducted our Annual Child Care Clinic, benefiting 1,592 sponsored children from our ten schools. The teams’ tireless efforts helped to ensure that all our sponsored children are reaching physical and emotional developmental milestones and are growing into happy and healthy young adults. In addition to serving their medical needs, team members had the privilege of sitting down with each child to ask them questions about their life, take an updated photo to send back to their sponsor, and let them know, looking into their eyes, that they matter and that God cares about their circumstances and loves them.
Because of the volunteer mission teams and sponsors like you, this clinic is made possible. A portion of the support a sponsor donates is reserved to help us pay for the medicine and supplies needed for the clinic.
